What is the High Line Dock supporting capabilities?
Lite Cart’s docks are a free standing structure designed as a holding area. Each unit is capable of supporting a full load, up to 80,000 LBS of cargo, distributed over any combination of military 463L pallets, ISO containers, lower deck containers and airdrop platforms.
How is the Dock assembled?
The dock has been designed for easy assembly. All the necessary hardware and tools along with detailed instructions are provided. The dock can be unpacked and set up by 3 people in a day. A fork lift will be needed to move and locate the supports, conveyors, and guide rails. Walkways and hand rails are easy to install after the frame is assembled. The dock must be located on a hard surface.

What surface is best for High Line Dock set up?
A concrete or blacktop surface is required for proper setup. The surface should have no more than 2 inches of unevenness for best results. The surface should be free of damage in insure that the foot pads do not depress into the surface. *The High Line Dock is designed to slide if struck by a heavy vehicle while loading or unloading. it is important that the foot pads are not constrained from sliding in any way.
